銀座コリドー街にHUGEの“モダンアジアン”業態の２号店としてオープンした「Madam Mỹ modern thai vietnamese（マダム ミイ モダン タイベトナメーゼ）」。既存の建物がもつ洋風建築様式の佇まいがベトナムのコロニアル建築を彷彿させるものであったので、キーカラーであるターコイズグリーンとドーム型オーニングを施し、ベトナム感を入店前から感じていただけます。店内のデザインコンセプトは、「ゴッホの名画【夜のカフェテラス】がアジアにあったなら」を念頭に、リラックスした空間演出を目指しながら、“未亡人のマダム・ミイが邸宅の中庭で夜な夜な開催するガーデンパーティー”のストーリーを軸としました。入り口のバーエリアは、邸宅のバルコニーに見立てて数種類の無垢材カウンターをランダムに組み合わせることでスタンディング・おひとり様・団体と多種多様な使い勝手の良いつくりに。多様なテーブル席を設けた一段低くなった中庭（ダイニングスペース）には、巨大なモンステラが優雅に浮遊し、ベトナムの国花であるハスをイメージしたモザイクタイルを敷き詰めた空間では開け放たれた扉から流れてくる風により、夜空の下でリラックスしながら食事ができることをお約束します。今夜もミイが可愛がるいたずら好きなお猿さんたちが宝飾品を狙っているのでご注意を！（佐野岳士／SWeeT）

Madam Mỹ modern thai vietnamese is the second location of the company HUGE’s Modern Asian restaurants, and it is located in Ginza Corido. The building it is located in is in the Western style, and we needed to evince colonial architecture of Vietnam, so we placed a dome in the “killer color” turquoise green over the entrance, to ensure guests felt a Vietnamese atmosphere before they entered the restaurant. The interior design concept is based mainly on the story of the widow Madam Mỹ holding a party nightly in the garden of her mansion, while also drawing on the idea of placing Gogh’s famous painting “Café Terrace at Night” in an Asian environment. The interior aims to provide a relaxed space. The bar area near the entrance is designed for ease of use by making it resemble the balcony of a mansion and combining a number of natural woods, to accommodate a wide variety of guests, including standing guests, single guests, groups, etc. A wide variety of tables types are placed in the dining space which is set slightly lower than the rest of the restaurant. Here, a giant Monstera floats in the middle and mosaic tiling inspired by the national flower of Vietnam, the lotus, covers the space, creating a space where guests can find ultimate relaxation while dining under the night sky and feeling the breeze flowing through the open doors. But watch out! The sneaky monkeys, who are a favorite of Madam Mỹ’s, have their eyes on the treasures again tonight. (Takeshi Sano / SWeeT)

HUGE的“现代亚洲菜”业态的2号店在银座Corridor街开业了，店名叫“ Madam Mỹ modern thai vietnamese”。现有建筑物的西式建筑风格让人联想到越南殖民时期的建筑，因此客人在进店之前，会先看到青绿色和圆顶形雨篷等主要颜色，从而感受到越南的感觉。这家店的设计理念源自“如果霍赫的杰作《夜间的咖啡馆》在亚洲的话”这样的念头，“一个豪門的寡妇夜夜在豪宅的院子里举办花园派對”為故事的主轴，目的是创造一个放松的空間。入口处的酒吧区看起来像是豪宅中的阳台，各种实木随机组合而成的柜台，無无论是站立、一个人或团体都很容易使用。在下部的庭院（用餐空间）中，我们設置了各式各样的座席，一个巨大的龟背竹优雅地漂浮着，以越南国花莲花为印象的马赛克瓷砖布滿空间，风在开着门的空间中流过，我们保证客人可以在夜空下放松的用餐。今晚也要提防Madam Mỹ宠爱顽皮的猴子，因为它们的目标是珠宝！（佐野岳士／SWeeT）
