一切合切、太陽みたいに輝く

東京・元麻布。有栖川公園にほど近い旧テレ朝通り沿いに建つ新築ビル 3階にオープンした和食「一切合切、太陽みたいに輝く」のコンセプトは“融通無碍“（＝既成の考え方に捉われることのない自由なさま）。料理はおまかせコース 4500円にアラカルトがプラスされるシンプルな構成。 30代前半の若いオーナーシェフがこだわる、質の高い料理が供される。空間デザインを手掛けたのは、兼城祐作氏（かねしろ・ゆうさく）氏。着物デザイナー斉藤上太郎作によるファブリックを天井などに贅沢に使用している。店名はeastern youthの曲名に由来。

Freewheeling Food and Space

Locaed on the 3rd floor of new building on Kyu Tele-Asa Dori near Arisugawa Park, theme of the newly opened Japanese restaurant “Issai Gassai, Taiyo Mitaini Kagayaku” is “freewheeling”. They offer simple 4,500-yen course with a la cart menu. Chef in his early 30’s prepares dishes with high quality. Interior design was done by Yusaku Kaneshiro. They display the textile designed by Jotaro Saito, Kimono designer. Their unique restaurant name was originated by the song by eastern youth.
